Questions, answered

Everything fans and parents ask us most. Still stuck? The contact page reaches a human.

How do I buy tickets?

Request seats on the tickets page and we confirm by email, or just pay at the gate — grandstand seats are held for reservations until 30 minutes before first pitch.

Are kids welcome? Do they pay?

Very welcome. Kids under 6 go free everywhere, and every matchday includes a free programme plus the fan-zone games behind the bleachers. Strollers fit fine in the grandstand aisles.

Can I watch games I can't attend?

Yes — send a request for selected home games via the tickets page. Availability and viewing instructions are confirmed by the club. Single-match stream requests from $9.

How do youth clinics work?

Saturday morning clinics run year-round for ages 6 to 16, grouped by experience, not just age. No glove? Borrow one of ours. Ask about trials on the contact page and the academy team will place your child in the right group.

What can I bring into the Arena?

Sealed water, blankets, gloves for catching fouls, and all the noise you can make. Please leave outside food, glass, pets and professional camera rigs at home — the club photographer shares free galleries after every game.

Do you host group or school visits?

Groups of 10 or more get reserved bleacher blocks and a scoreboard welcome. School groups can add a dugout tour and a coaching session — message us at least two weeks ahead and we'll build the day around you.

How do season passes work?

One pass covers every regular-season home game with a reserved grandstand seat, stream details on request, and 10% off around the park. Finals are discounted for members but sold separately so every seat is fairly allocated.

Who do I contact about sponsorship?

We welcome enquiries from businesses interested in supporting community baseball — boards, shirts, clinics and stream segments. Choose “Sponsorship” on the contact form and the commercial team replies directly.
